A Horrible Day

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life; at least that was my perspective yesterday evening. I took Jane to the hospital in the morning to have another ablation. (Her atrial fibrillation came back a few weeks ago.) Her procedure was successfully completed around 11 or 12 o'clock. They accidentally dislocated her jaw without knowing it and when I went into the recovery room, I could see right away what happened when she couldn't close her mouth or talk. I had trouble convincing anyone of the problem. There wasn't anyone there who could perform the corrective procedure. They insisted on an unnecessary CT-scan and seemed to stall and do nothing all afternoon while Jane was in excruciating pain. Finally an ENT specialist came about 7 in the evening and fixed it. Today she is recovering well at home.
